How can we help?
CoMHWA’s Peer Navigators, who each have their own lived experience of mental health distress, will assist you to find services that suit your needs.
Perhaps you are struggling to find a psychologist in a rural area that has expertise in helping people who have experienced FDV? Maybe you’re looking for a dentist who provides trauma-informed care and understands how anxiety has prevented you from seeing the dentist in years? Or you’re seeking group psychosocial supports as a way to help you feel less isolated?
Peer Pathways bridges the barriers that many people with severe mental health challenges face. With peer values at the core of everything we do, our Peer Navigators provide tailored, holistic, person-centred support, information, assistance and navigation to help you find your way through the ever-changing mental health services landscape.
Peer Pathways is community based and builds on the pre-existing Lived Experience expertise in Peer Navigation, Peer Support, and the collective resources of CoMHWA.
No calls on hold
We understand being placed in a queue can be frustrating when you’re trying to access a service. When all our Peer Navigators are on other calls, your call will go to a managed voicemail system where you can leave your details and a Peer Navigator will contact you within two business days. If leaving a voice message is not ideal for you, please use our contact form below to submit your navigation request.
